To support our medicinal chemistry lead optimization activities, in vivo profiling is essential to understand the distribution behavior. We offer a wide range of rodent in vivo PK protocols. Please enquire for PK species. Turnaround within 10 working days from the receipt of samples.
MALDI ToF/ToF is a new powerful technique capable of detecting both parent compound, metabolites and biomarkers simultaneously in tissue slices. Output of experiments is as a heat map as in the example of midazolam in the mouse brain on this page.
