Business Models: Client-Oriented Flexibility
The NiKem Only Model: when speed and quality results matter the most
FTE-based prices are usually adopted for medicinal chemistry driven lead generation or multiparametric lead optimization projects.
Quotation based projects are offered, particularly for synthetic chemistry or custom synthesis focused projects with specific defined targets.
Assay-based prices are usually adopted for standalone ADMET profiling and PK characterization, MS imaging and in vitro and in vivo pharmacology.

We do not use royalty based models; however shared risk partnerships with lower FTE prices in exchange for 1 or 2 moderate milestone payments may be considered.
IP ownership of patents is assigned to the clients while NiKem Research scientists are named as inventors, providing an inventive step is recognized.
